Will Your Syrup Be One of the Best in 2021?

Each spring (or almost), the Commanderie de l’Érable holds a competition called La Grande Sève in which Québec maple producers can put their syrups to the test and see if they rank among the best in the province.
Blind tastings by a jury take place in June, resulting in winners for the different categories.
