Québec’s Maple Syrup Producers – People Who Care
Throughout this trying year, our maple producers have been reaching out to the less fortunate with donations of maple syrup to organizations dedicated to support services.

A Gift from Nature
In the Mauricie, maple producers gave some $2,000 worth of syrup to about a dozen organizations in the region. Pictured is regional president Éric Bouchard handing over syrup to be included in Christmas baskets for needy families.
From Nature to Home for Christmas
Maple producers on the North Shore were proud to gift 35 litres of syrup to Lauberivière, an organization that serves more than 140,000 hot meals to those who need them. Another 15 gallons went to Table de concertation en sécurité alimentaire de Portneuf. From there, they’ll go to several food aid groups for distribution. That’s regional president Alain Gauthier in the centre, hard at work!
QMSP thanks and congratulates all our generous, community-minded members for doing the right thing. Bravo!
